Erika Ruiz

My name is Erika, I’m 34 years old, 5’6” and my highest weight was 278lbs. I began the carnivore lifestyle September 17, 2018.

I was keto (20g net carbs) for three years prior. I went off the keto rails early in 2018 due to frustration. Keto is wonderful, but in hindsight I just didn’t optimize for my body correctly, like I am now. This was tough, so many things were significantly improved on keto I was struggling to comprehend why I wasnt feeling my best. The things that improved were, my mental health, some weight, and hormonal regularity (PCOS), but I was struggling with inflammation. My CRP came back at 6.1 two years in a row and this really bothered me, something was off. My doctor suspected it was due to my chronic UTIs but to me the UTIs just seemed like another symptom of a larger issue.

As a child, I was constantly on antibiotics due to chronic UTI’s and ear infections. I must have done at least three courses a year from ages 5-12. I’m certain gut damage has contributed to my inflammation issues.

Entering my teen years was no fun, my cycles were never regular and of course I was just put on birth control to regulate them. I remained on that until my early 20’s when I learned more about the risks and was digging deeper into health and wellness. It wasn’t until then that I was diagnosed with PCOS. In early 2016, about 3 months after starting keto my cycles started to regulate somewhat. Now that I am carnivore, I am almost to a perfect 28 day cycle for the first time in my life. I actually ovulated 18 days into carnivore. This is perfect timing as I hope to have children soon.

Today, my inflammation is decreasing day-by-day. I have not retested my CRP but weight is just pouring off of my body. I’ve lost 10lbs. a month for the past 6 months. This is unheard of for me, dropping weight has always been a struggle. Just when I think “OK, next month my weight loss will slow down a bit” it just stays consistent… amazing. I’m down to 210lbs today, it has only been 6 months! My mental health has also improved further, over the past months I’ve noticed my anxiety and worry have substantially decreased, I used to go over and over situation or problem in my head, now I just let things go without even trying. I had been experiencing psoriasis on my scalp for about 6 years, this has almost completely vanished! It flares a bit during hormonal changes with the onset of my cycle but it is 80% better than before. It’s hard to explain…I just feel content, like someone cleared the drain, I was clogged and now I’m clear in every sense.

Some interested things I’ve noticed since going carnivore:

  • No muscle pain: I used to despise exercise. Before, I would get up enough motivation to go for a walk and my leg muscles would start aching instantly. I thought this was normal; it’s not. Three months into the carnivore diet I started a stepbet as I really was having the urge to move more. I was a mile in when I realized the pain wasn’t there. I thought I wasn’t trying hard enough so I accelerated my pace, the uncomfortable aching did not return. I’m now walking around four miles/day/5-6x week.
  • My skin is very fair and I no longer burn in the sun. I may get a bit red initially but it quickly turns into a tan. (it’s also very clear and smooth)
  • In the past I had an aversion to heat, I couldn’t tolerate it. Now it’s no longer uncomfortable and I am far more tolerant.
  • My teeth are no longer sensitive to cold, my gums no longer bleed when I floss, and my dentist visits are easy. My teeth and gums are healthier than ever.
  • 16 days in my toes ached unbelievably, I still have no idea what the hell that was.

My journey began as I was looking for data on what the best method for weight/fat loss for a disabled and non-mobile psoriatic arthritis patient. I also have severe psoriasis and my skin was a nightmare.

I had been a long time martial artist with several black belts and at one time was a successful and healthy person.

Then I got really, really sick. Over the next decade and a half I gained 200lbs, lost the ability work and eventually lost the majority of use of my hands and feet due to the bone deformities that came over time.

My illness began in 2003 when I was diagnosed with a severe black mould infection that caused me to go stone deaf for 2 and a half months due to the congestion it caused in my sinuses and throat and lungs. a couple of days on IV antibiotics and the damage was done.

I had tried to follow the dietary guidelines my doctors had provided but they did nothing but make me sicker, fatter and less and less mobile.

On December 15, 2017 I weighed 401.6lbs with a BMI of about 51. I could barely move, had little use of my hands and living on a TIGHT budget with two teenage sons all while living on disability benefits.

I couldn’t walk more than 20-30 steps without collapsing from pain unless I had a cane and my hands were so weak I could not pick up a 5lb dumbbell.

I decided to follow the advice I was getting from a couple of channels but I found I was always coming back to the same sources for confirmation on what other “experts” were saying.

I also saw the Joe Rogan Experience with Dr. Shawn Baker and I knew I’d found the right thing for me.

I started keto/carnivory in January 2018 and have not looked back. I have switched back and forth from keto and carnivory but only for budget reasons. I always feel my best the greater ratio of meat I eat.

I’m now up at 4:45am daily for a 3km (2mile) walk then a quick simple session at the gym for a few sets of push, pull, lift or squat and then home to wake up my teen sons for school.

I’m a single parent too.

I’m not going to try and pretend I’ve developed into a ripped adonis. My skin started at <80% psoriatic coverage so it was a ruin to begin with. That coverage is down to under 40% now. I look more like a middle aged man wrapped in a slightly blown airbag but time will bring that under control as well. 🙂

My weight is now 212.3lbs as of December 31, 2018 and that’s after gaining 3.6lbs over Xmas. I’m aiming for a final body weight of 185lbs with a body fat of less than 15%. I figure I’ll hit that milestone eventually but no schedules just results as the body can make them.

Thank you for helping save my life.

PS: Keto/carnivory also helped me get out of a 10 year opioid prescription that was at over 100mg of dilaudid (hydromorphone contin) a day.

Now I’m opioid free.

This I can anecdotally correlate with my dietary changes as the digestive horrors and nerve regrowth caused by detox and opioid withdrawal were radically reduced by the constant monitoring of my electrolytes, digestive ease of meat and the massive reduction of inflammation. I’d tried to reduce my meds MANY times and was almost driven insane by the pain and withdrawal symptoms within mere hours.

Not so once I had switched my body from sugars and carbs to protein and fats.

Coupled with a dosage reduction to use only as much as needed to abate the worst withdrawal symptoms over time and the effect can’t be argued with me. That’s not to say it was easy but it was infinitely easier with the dietary changes.

Simply put, meat does heal.

Doug Brunson

Greetings, my name is Doug, I’m 28 years young 6’5, 192lbs and have been practicing a mostly carnivore diet with the exception of social situations for 8 months now. Prior to practicing a carnivorous diet I was plant based, with a focus on detoxification, fasting, raw foods and lots of fruit to reverse chronic issues.

I’ll share my background and why I began a plant based diet.

At age 19 I was living a not so health conscious lifestyle, consuming copious amounts of fast food while actively involved in MMA, competitive paintball (NPPL) and riding quads. It wasn’t long before I deteriorated 2 lumbar disks, developed a bulging disk, fractured and dislocated my L5 vertebrae. It became very difficult for me to deal with the injuries and not being able to participate in the activities I was so passionate about. I ended up spiraling downward and consuming even more junk as well as drinking alcohol and using other substances for the first time as a coping mechanism.

Fast forward a year or so and I was a wreck. At this point I had chronic joint and back pain, skin rashes covering a 1/3 of my body, under active thyroid which made it almost impossible to sweat, BP of 85/50, chronic fatigue, chronic constipation and a list of mental and emotional issues to top it off. Oh, and did I forget to mention the Neurospine institute diagnosed me with osteoarthritis?

I sought help from so many doctors and experts and all I ended up with was a dried up bank account. this is when I found, not just any plant based diet, but the MUCUSLESS DIET HEALING SYSTEM… by Arnold Ehret. He proposed that mucus forming foods are the cause of human illness and that man was biologically designed to consume only fruits and tender leafy greens. I jumped right in and began living on fruits and salads. Boy did I lose weight fast… From 200 down to 140 in 6 months. I will say that I felt less inflammation and eating so much from really helped with flushing out pounds of impacted fecal matter from the garbage I was consuming. I felt loads better with the removal of all the junk and still having the nutrient reserves to function. I eventually balanced out with cooked starches and heavier foods where I got back to around 160 pounds. At this point the skin rashes cleared up, I had less inflammation and overall felt much better although I felt very weak and was developing a poor relationship with food as I couldn’t EVER find satiation with my meals of fruit, salads, nuts or starches. This way of eating continued for the next 4 years.

During my plant based journey I became certified as a detox specialist, iridologist and took plant based nutrition courses to learn as much as possible.

After a couple years into a plant based diet I began experiencing bouts of depression that progressively got worse as the years went on. My last bout of depression was crippling and lasted a couple months where I shut myself off from the world and didn’t want to be awake. Some of the other issues that had had been progressively getting worse was my digestion. I would constantly feel bloated and fatigued after meals. Socially I became a recluse and didn’t feel comfortable around people who ate animals foods lol I was also an active member in the Dr. Robert Morse cult that brain wash people into believing we are a frugivore species. This was especially damaging because I felt I was harming my body if I wasn’t eating fruit or tender greens.

In December 2016 I had hit rock bottom and fell into the most challenging bout of depression yet. I slept and binge ate vegan junk food for month. I was now 205 lbs of tub and edema. I left the country in Jan 2017 to pull myself out of it. I wen to Costa Rica and began a 95 day coconut WATER only fast from fresh coconuts. to my surprise this was probably the best I ever felt during my plant based journey. As soon as I reintroduced solid food I began binging again. Within 6 months my digestion tanked and I was worse off, unable to digest any plant foods. At this point I was traveling to different countries around the world and it was a struggle just to go from one hostel to another. I remember waking up with such a horrible feeling in my guts and feeling overwhelming anxiety while in a tropical paradise. I purchased a blood glucose monitor at some point. I would eat a couple mangoes and my blood sugar would shoot up over 250. This gave me a feeling of brain fog and fatigue.

In the beginning of this year (2018) I began making this joke while traveling in Asia, “I want beef” and watching YouTube channels of people who ate only animal foods. Ok so At this point I was miserable and didn’t know what to do. I literally couldn’t digest anything and felt depressed, slept 12-15 hours a day and my joint pain was horrible! I came across Aajonus Vonderplanitz and reads his book. He said that red meat cures depression and is a great food for recovering from frutarianism. I walked down to a market, purchased lamb ate it, digested it well and it was like a like came on.

The feelings of depression and anxiety diminished over night as well as the chronic fatigue. For the next couple weeks I lived on eggs, butter and ribeye steaks. Everyday I was feeling so much better and mentally stable. Those last two weeks in the tropics were incredible. My digestive fire came back very quickly and my strength began sky rocketing. At this point my vegan wife now began eating animal foods and reaping the benefits as well. I felt Like I was reborn. The feeling of satiation after eating is priceless.

After leaving the tropics I flew to Washington and began practicing a strict carnivore diet where I consumed 2-3 pounds of beef a day with some butter. Over the course of 6 months I gained 30 lbs of lean mass while at the very same time felt less joint pain and inflammation then I did on a fruitarian or plant based diet. My complexion was much better as well. After spending 6 months on a carnivore diet I can now digest plant foods once again but choose to avoid them with the exception of social situations.

It’s now been 8 months mostly carnivore and I can honestly say I’m in the best shape of my life without any major health challenges and now strength train on a regular basis without issues. Meat NEVER gets boring and I’m always happy with a pound of beef and some fat on my plate and leave feeling content and happy. I consume more than double the caloric intake from when I was plant based and only got lean and muscular. This way of eating may not be for everyone but it sure does work well for me and has really helped pull me out of a very dark place.

My top fav foods are beef, liver, heart, bone marrow, beef fat, eggs and kefir

Thank you!!!!
Doug

I have been autistic and dyslexia my whole life, but I was not diagnosed as being autistic until I was an adult. By the time I was about 44-45 I had arthritis in my neck, hands, lower back, and feet. I also had psoriasis which rapidly worsened when I started taking NSAIDs to manage the arthritic pain. Prior to this I worked out in the gym 5 days a week and yet I continued to gain body fat.

In early 2017 I went on a Ketogenic diet and my arthritis seemed to be gone in about 3 weeks or so and psoriasis that often bled through my clothes seemed to be greatly improved. I also noticed a vast improvement in cognitive function and a more stable mood.

By late 2017 I had moved to carnivore or a zero carb diet. The Psoriasis is not quite gone, but I think I will eventually figure out what the final trigger is and resolve this.

As for my autistic type symptoms, I seem to be far less likely to perseverate for long periods of time, my anxiety is a lot better, especially after I had been on carnivore for about 6 months or so I noticed that anxiety was much harder to trigger and it has less intensity to it. I have also noticed that the symptoms of dyslexia have improved, I am not able to often retain things like phone numbers in order with little or no effort. I can also tolerate sunlight much better. I also seem to have an easier time filtering out a noise and other distractions including tactile ones that constantly competed for my attention in the past.

I made a short video about it.

Update 10/4/18:

Adam Viskovich

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (UC) in 2005 at the age of 29. The diagnosis came after a steady decline in my digestive health through my late 20’s. My symptoms were 5-10 uncontrollable bowel movements per day, bloody stools, pain weight loss and lethargy. I was treated with immunosuppressant medication that helped manage my condition but brought with it a range of unwanted side effects. Despite my treatment I was never able to maintain long term remission and over the last 13 years I have regularly had to take high doses of steroids to control flares.

As well as treating my condition with pharmaceutical medication I also saw a naturopath and started looking at diet and lifestyle solutions for my illness. I had adhered to a mainly vegetarian diet since I was 18 and continued to pursue this as the best dietary strategy based on the advice I was getting.

In 2010 I found out about the raw vegan diet which I then switched to for 6 months, I then tried a fruitarian diet for another 6 months. From then on I then attempted every dietary intervention I could find; GAPS, specific carbohydrate diet, low fodmap, ketogenic, ketogenic vegan, paleo, paleo vegetarian. Over the years I’ve spent thousands on supplements like probiotics, herbs, fish oil and different vitamins and minerals. Nothing worked to manage my condition and I continued to need the expensive pharmaceutical meds costing thousands of dollars per year.

Finally I came across Dr Shawn Baker on a podcast in July 2017 and became interested in the carnivore diet. I tried it for 6 weeks starting early August and found that it improved some chronic joint pain and psoriasis and reduced some symptoms of my UC namely no more blood and mucus and less urgency.

Unfortunately I had diarrhea and saw this as a sign that my disease was still active so in late September I started including some vegetables back in my diet. Over the next few months I noticed that my joint pain and psoriasis returned and that I kept needing to increase my immunosuppressant medication for UC.

So Christmas 2017 I started on the carnivore diet again. I had seen some people say that their diarrhea was temporary, theorising that it was related to adjustments in their gut microbiome. I also learnt that by increasing the lean meat content of my diet I could manage the diarrhea. It took about 6 weeks for my digestion to stabilize and since then I’ve had no issues.

It is now late August 2018 and it’s been almost 8 months that I’ve been on the carnivore diet. I stopped taking all my medications in February and have had no symptoms of disease since then. I enjoy a diet of fatty beef with a daily coffee and cream. I occasionally eat some cheese and egg yolks. I have no problem sticking to the diet and look forward to and relish every meal.

I’m am thankful that my long journey of experimenting with diet has finally brought me the healing that I sort. I now hope that the word gets out and others suffering from “incurable” autoimmune diseases have the opportunity to give it a try.

In eight months on a carnivore diet, all of Adam’s ulcerative colitis symptoms are gone, and he is off all medications.

Scott X.

Long-time vegetarian for about 9 years (heavier on fiber, whole grains, and nut/seed fat), but not against eating meat, just avoided it at home due to “ethical and sustainability” concerns (yes, I bought into the propaganda).

About 4 years in, I noticed some subtle, but consistent itches/rashes on some small areas of my skin shortly after eating, they would not heal or go away.

The symptoms would worsen over the next 5 years, causing me to cover up full-time due to the unsightly sores/rashes/tears/psoriasis/swelling all over my limbs/finger/face/back/body.

I was not able to work out/train/sweat without intense itching and pain, and stopped working out altogether years ago.

My pro-vegan and fitness GP Dr did his best, and ended up only prescribing me steroid/antibiotic creams to manage the symptoms, referring me to an allergy specialist, who after his tests, eventually added immuno-suppressants and anti-biotics (due to staph infections from the exposed skin tears), and more steroid/antibiotic creams.

2 years ago, at 5’6″, 155 lbs, I attempted a cleaner diet, removing processed foods and the meds, and focusing on whole plant foods, which steadily decreased my weight 10 lbs to 145 lbs. My symptoms remained.

I began practising meditative breathing (Wim Hof method), intensely hot/cold showers, and intermittent fasting. This provided great relief from my symptoms, but did not heal them. My weight steadily decreased another 10 lbs to 135 lbs.

Eventually, I sought a Naturopath with experience in resolving skin inflammation and auto-immune issues. He basically gave me a long list of foods to avoid, and to my surprise, they were all vegetables! Specifically, soy, brassicaes, nightshades, and starches.

I went hard and said FUCK it, I’ll just eat eggs and quinoa… for a month, see what happens.

Low and behold, all my symptoms went away. Unfortunately, I was still not able to discern or find any reasoning for the change.

I would experiment for a year further, cycling between getting intense flareups, and healing.

Eventually, as an avid listener/viewer of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, I saw/heard Dr. Shawn Baker talking about the Carnivore diet, human history with it, and his arguments for them. What he said piqued my interest, seemed reasonable, and I began to add meat back into my diet on a consistent basis. My symptoms continued to persist though, as I was still experimenting with various vegetables/foods.

After 6 months of a whole food diet of meat/plants (still avoiding vegetables noted above) with some success, I decided to just cut out vegetables entirely. During that time, I was listening to Dr. Shawn Baker on various podcasts/outlets, and especially the conversations between himself with Zack, and their guests’s on the Human Performance Outliers (HPO) podcast.

It’s been 2 months since I started eating a beef/bacon/egg, salt, and water focused carnivore diet (I still eat about 10% in berries/fruit).

My wounds are healed, I’m itch/rash/psoriasis free with no auto-immune symptoms, I get better sleep, require less sleep, have more energy than ever, and my mood/attitude/thoughts/productivity has greatly improved

I can train again without any issues, I heal faster (I think?), and I can wear tshirts/shorts again (or go shirtless), also, I dropped another steady 9 lbs to about 126 lbs (highschool weight), which I have since increased to 131 lbs by just eating way more meat and building my muscle in the gym.

Simply put, #meatheals.

Thank you, Dr. Shawn Baker.

My story has several parts to it, to gain a full understanding of the way changing to a carnivore diet has impacted my life. It’s a long one!

As a single adoptive parent of 6 special needs children and 2 biological children, I have been accustomed to thinking outside the box. All of my special needs children have been diagnosed with multiple challenges related to fetal alcohol and drug exposure. Their behavioral and physical needs are extensive.

I also have several medical diagnosis, including Multiple Sclerosis, psoriatic and rheumatoid arthritis, PCOS, and a few gastrointestinal disorders.

Just over 2 years ago, after traveling extensively in Latin America, I, and 7 of my children, left the US to travel the rest of the world. Our intentions were to be of service to others everywhere went. We called it our Great Global Gratitude tour. As a family, we were certain that THIS would help my kids find a way to heal and feel useful in a world that otherwise didn’t hold a great future for them. Others had come before me who had tried the usual methods.

I homeschool my kids, and at the time we ate a “healthy diet”, limiting sugar and processed food, eating locally produced and as inexpensively as possible.

After we arrived in Europe, my health started failing rapidly. I had a large mass in my abdomen, which was deemed a “tumor”, certain it was cancer of the stomach. I was less certain and, as we left the country because our visas expired, I undertook a study of what would heal me naturally. I was taking several meds at the time for pain relief, including steroids to control the effects of MS and degenerative arthritis. I continued to gain weight, which added to my misery!

I embarked on a vegetarian diet and raw juicing to attack the mass in my abdomen. My kids, in an act of solidarity, wanted to become vegetarian with me.

The mass did shrink and for a few weeks, I got better! I was all in! My other health probs didn’t really improve, but I felt that was ok, as my condition was not expected to improve, just gradually worsen over time.

Just when we landed in a country where we thought we would stay on longer – there was so much we could do to serve others! – the nightmare began.

In January 2017, my health started quickly declining. There were days I could barely get out of bed because of pain and harsh digestive issues. My mobility decreased and pain escalated.

By May 2017, as we were building an NGO to help children with the same problems my own kids have, the unimaginable occurred. I was arrested in a foreign country with a history of governmental corruption. My children, under the care of my 21 year old son, had to flee the country for safety. I was held as what was described as a political prisoner, without official recognition, in a concentration camp-like prison for a month, before being released to house arrest. At least I could communicate and work on my release.

With my children away, our finances left almost non-existent, and health rapidly declining, on the advice of a doctor, I began preparing for the worst. I would likely not make it out of this situation alive. Taking my own life seemed an option, as I was worth more dead than alive. At least my kids would be taken care of and I could avoid the last few months of agony.

I didn’t pursue that option, finding hope and strength in my desire to find a miracle that would allow me to see my children grow up. I still made arrangements for my end, to make sure that the process went as smoothly as possible for my family and awaited the inevitable natural end of my life.

By November 2017, I loosened my grip on vegetarianism/veganism. My weight was up to 238 lbs and I was often using a cane to walk. I had little muscle tone and a very limited range of motion. I studied more about health and returned to my past paleo mindset. I slowly increased eating meats, as I readjusted to digesting solid foods and less fiber. My children were able to return to me safely in this country and things improved somewhat.

Then, I came across the carnivore approach. I didn’t think I had much more to lose, so I dove in!

Within a week the pain and inflammation subsided. My hands, which had become gnarled from arthritis, began to straighten. By week 2, I stopped all meds and near full mobility returned.

I was granted 2 hours a day outside my home for exercise and for personal needs, Without pain, inflammation and with new mobility, I started walking. By the end of week 3, I was able to walk several miles a day! I could sleep and eat and weight started melting off! I even had noticeable muscle tone developing.

In week 4, I was doing so well, my kids wanted in on it. My eldest son started and developed greater muscle mass and a lot of fat loss immediately.

Through my studies, I found there may benefits for kids with needs such as mine have. My youngest special needs child, with multiple behavioral challenges, low IQ, and gorging issues (all from FASD and fetal drug exposure) started behaving more appropriately and speaking more clearly, fewer tantrums, could study and retain what he read. My teen daughter’s cystic acne cleared, her anxiety lessoned, she became more social and SWEET! What kind of miracle was this?

As of today, I have lost over 50 lbs. I can walk, bend, squat, do almost anything. I have no signs of ANY OF THE DIAGNOSED ILLNESSES. I can now hike miles and miles everyday, walk 4 flights of stairs several times a day, no choking and have no pain. No meds, no seizures, no “hugs” except from my kids, no more gnarled hands and feet. I am free to continue to travel the world with my kids and don’t worry about dying and missing out on their lives on a daily basis! My kids are like new people. We gained a new hope for the future!

The results were swift, dramatic and powerful for all of us. After 11 weeks starting carnivore, and seeing such amazing results, I began taking a positive approach to everything. Every aspect of my life has improved to a level I have never experienced. I began encouraging others and meeting their needs, when only weeks ago, I could not meet my own!

I was recently released from prison. After a full year, I am free. It’s significant on so many levels, to be free from the physical prison of my body, the prison of my mind and the literal prison of this country. With greater mental clarity and no depression, I can forward now. Even the financial challenges we face no longer seem insurmountable. We can leave this country when I have the financial resources to do so, and I go forward in strength and power, with a new purpose.

In December 2017, Raenn was suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, and many other health issues. She didn’t think she’d see another Christmas.
Today in mid-2018, Raenn has lost weight, regained her health and has a new and better lease on life.

Jeremy S.

G’day,

Jeremy from Sydney, Australia.
Current Age is 40
6’2”
Current weight is 100kg
18.4% body fat

I have had mental health challenges since the age of 18. I played semi-professional soccer for a number of years until injury requiring extensive surgeries ended those days at age 25.

I have experienced chronic pain, nerve pain, weight gain, microalbmuniria, high BP, and insulin resistance.

In 2013 at age 35 in the same month I was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and Psoriasis.

After continually fighting for my health, I saw an endocrinologist that got me onto eating only when hungry and with lots of meat and vegetables. I lost 4kg this way and started to explore just eating meat. After hearing Shawn on the Joe Rogan podcast I was convinced this was something I had to try. At the time of commencing on Feb 26, 2018, I was 113kg and about 29% body fat. Today (July 9) I am 100kg and 18.4% body fat. While I started and stopped in January due to getting the flu, I have since been a consistent Carnivore.

My health has been in the best shape in last 6 years. I had a psoriasis outbreak in March and continue on a biologic medication for this and the PsA. In the time of meat eating I have resolved all GI upsets, energy levels are best in years, I am sleeping better, and I am moving better. I am able to do strength training again for the first time in 5 years as well as Jiu Jitsu 4-5 nights a week. The way I am feeling makes this method of living the best decision for me. It is so easy and so fulfilling. I generally eat 1-2 times a day and sometimes once. Fatigue from Autoimmune illness is the most common issue and this method alleviates that dramatically with a profound impact on my lifestyle.

While I still have some tendon/ligament pain and my skin is still slowly recovering, the way I am feeling today cannot be beaten.

I am looking forward to the next 6 months to see where my health is and fitness goals achieved.

On a carnivore diet, Jeremy has lost weight, helped his psoriasis, gained strength, and more.
